3.2 Auction Bids and Direct Sales: To register with us, and to avail of our auction and sales services, you need to register with us by supplying your name and email address, and to enter into bids and transactions for Artworks we will be required to collect certain further personal date from you such as bank and credit or debit card information. Any information you send us for the purpose of such transactions will be treated by us with the greatest care and kept in confidence in accordance with and subject to these terms, and used for that purpose only.

3.3 Contacting us: To contact us you are required to give your contact information (name and email address). Any information you send us for the purpose of your enquiry will be treated by us with the greatest care and for that purpose only.

4.1 Personal information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and to perform services that you have requested; to communicate with you about your use of the Website and/or changes to the Website; to process auction and Direct Sale transactions and to issue you with updates which you request or which we believe may be of interest to you.
